Welcome to the SwiftAction Learning Series (“we,” “our,” or “us”), owned and operated by SolarisTech LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our training content, website, and services delivered via www.swiftaction.ai or academy.swiftaction.ai (“Site”) and hosted on the Thinkific platform (“Platform”).

By accessing, registering, or using our Site, services, or any course materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our offerings.

6. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy

A. Payment Terms

Course fees are listed on our Site or Platform. All payments are processed securely via Thinkific’s integrated payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes at the time of enrollment.

B. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Once a course is accessed, no refunds will be provided, including for incomplete or partially completed content. You acknowledge this by enrolling.

7. Certificates of Achievement

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of required course modules, assessments, and compliance benchmarks.

SolarisTech LLC reserves the right to revoke, deny, or invalidate any certificate in cases of:

• Academic dishonesty, account sharing, or fraudulent activity

• Systematic violations of these Terms

• False claims of completion or credential misuse

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Site or Platform may contain links to third-party sites, including Thinkific and related educational tools. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of external services. Use them at your own risk and review their terms independently.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

• Harms or threatens other users or instructors

• Disrupts platform functionality or learning environments

• Impersonates SwiftAction staff, administrators, or instructors

• Involves uploading or disseminating malicious code or materials

Violations may result in immediate suspension, certificate cancellation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any part of these Terms

• Your conduct harms the integrity of our services or reputation

• Required by legal or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, you will forfeit access to all enrolled courses and materials, and no refunds will be issued.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Course applicability to regulatory approval or flag state recognition
