These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SwiftAction™ Learning Platform (“Service”), operated by Gosships LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, under the SolarisTech Learning brand.

SwiftAction is delivered through the Thinkific learning management system and is primarily accessed via https://academy.swiftaction.ai. References to https://www.swiftaction.ai are informational or redirect-only.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Updates may be made at any time and are effective upon posting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have valid guardian consent), provide accurate information, and not be prohibited from using the Service by law.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account. Account sharing is prohibited.

4. Permitted Use

The Service is for education and professional development only.

You may not:

5. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by or licensed to Gosships LLC and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Fees and Refund Policy

A. Fees

All fees are disclosed at enrollment and processed via Thinkific payment providers.

B. No-Refund Policy (Admin Exception Only)

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only if expressly approved in writing by an authorized administrator of Gosships LLC, at Gosships’ sole discretion. Approval of one exception does not create a future obligation.

Chargebacks initiated in violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Certificates of Completion

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates may be revoked for fraud, misconduct, or violations of these Terms.

Certificates do not represent statutory, flag-state, or regulatory approval unless explicitly stated.

8. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for Thinkific or other third-party platform outages, policies, or practices.

9. User Conduct

Unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive conduct is prohibited and may result in termination and reporting where appropriate.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security concerns, or legal requirements. No refunds will be issued except as described in Section 6.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, regulatory acceptance, or uninterrupted access.

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gosships LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delaware courts.

15. Updates

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
